IPA Accreditation April 2007

CMAS has achieved IPA Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Accreditation for 2006. CMAS is committed to the continual training and developing of the team which ensures that our clients’ needs are met to the highest standard. In the words of the IPA, gaining CPD Accreditation “is a tribute to all that has been accomplished with your agency's people development activities.”

Spreading the word across UK and Europe Jan 2007

Mayfield Asset and Property Management has announced that it has won ‘a significant amount of new business’ in the UK and Europe, thanks to the marketing programme and advertising strategy developed by CMAS during 2006.

Mayfield’s Director, Paul Jenkins, has said that he is astounded at how effective their campaigns have been and delighted with the amount of increased business that has resulted from the promotional activity.

Corporate identity for a new name September 2006

On 6th September, at The Emirates Stadium in London, British Expertise (formerly BCCB) launched its new name, logo and corporate identity designed and developed by CMAS, to 300 members and guests.

British Expertise – of which CMAS is a member – represents and supports UK businesses and independent consultants delivering professional services abroad.

Celebrations on a City rooftop July 2006

Mayfield Asset and Property Management celebrated its 10 year anniversary with a fabulous party for 150 guests on the roof garden of Cannon Bridge, a prestigious property in the City of London.

The celebrations were organised and managed by CMAS and included a jazz band, a disco, croquet and chess to accompany a wide variety of food and drink, on the warmest summer night of the year.

New Site for Professional Cricketers June 2006

The Professional Cricketers’ Association (the PCA) has launched a new website, designed and built by CMAS. The site, which replaces one hosted and managed by Sky, is an information centre for professional cricketers, past present and future.

Because the information on the site will change almost daily, the content management system built into the web design by CMAS gives the PCA control over the daily updating and maintenance of the site.

It’s a Winner! April 2006

CMAS has won the highly coveted Property Marketing Awards 2005 ‘Estates Gazette Cover of the Year’ with The Developer’s Code – a twist on the Da Vinci Code book cover – which knocked the socks of the judges. The ad was created for CMAS’ client Fairview New Homes for the 2nd April 2005 issue of Estates Gazette, the property industry’s leading publication.

‘Eye-catching’, ‘original’, ‘novel’ (not intended as a pun we presume!), ‘streets ahead of any other entry’ – these were just some of the comments from the podium at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, where the awards were announced.

Best Consumer Direct Mail March 2006

Inheritance Tax is the subject of a direct mail piece, designed and produced by CMAS for Skipton Financial Services, which has won the Money Marketing Awards 2006 Best Consumer Direct Mail category.

The award was announced at The Grosvenor House Hotel on 23rd March. Judges commented on the highly creative approach and consistency of message which made this a clear winner against stiff competition from Norwich Union, Fidelity, Standard Life Bank and Origen.

Calendar Accolades January 2006

There were plaudits in abundance at the National Business Calendar Awards 2006 for the Fairview New Homes calendar, designed and produced, every year, by CMAS. Commendations were given in three separate categories for the 2006 calendar which featured exotic wildlife:

  • Pictorial Bespoke Calendar Award - Highly Commended
  • Best Natural History Calendar Award - Highly Commended
  • Excellence in Reproduction Award - Certificate of Merit

CMAS is now ISO Quality Assured January 2006

CMAS has received ISO 9001:2000 certification for administration and management systems, standards and guidelines, as assessed and approved by Quality Assurance International. This demonstrates the ability of CMAS to reach consistent standards of quality, ensuring that clients’ requirements are met.

Increased exposure within the property sector November 2005

CMAS has increased its exposure within the property sector with new client Mayfield Asset and Property Management. Mayfield manages a substantial portfolio of commercial properties and is embarking upon a strategic push for growth.

CMAS has been appointed to advise Mayfield on business development and communications strategy and implement a range of solutions including PR, promotional material, case studies and a comprehensive, 3-layered website. This was preceded by a rebranding programme.

Business-to-business facilities management October 2005

CMAS has been appointed to handle the marketing and business development activities of Rollright Facilities and has launched the company into the B2B marketplace with a new website, supported by a brochure, illustrative case studies and an ongoing PR programme.

Rollright specialises in bespoke facilities management services for business premises within the UK’s largest cities.

A summer of cricket with the PCA August 2005

CMAS has designed a new, monthly, e-newsletter for the Professional Cricketers’ Association. The e-newsletter provides information and special features for professional cricketers past and present.

New electronic accessory for the automotive market July 2005

Cyclops UK has launched a new driver safety system into the UK market with the help of a national and trade press advertising campaign designed by CMAS. The in-car speed camera detection device is the most accurate and reliable system available in the UK.

Combining healthcare and sport June 2005

CMAS has been appointed to handle the launch and ongoing marketing of Performance Healthcare, a unique, specialist healthcare service for sports professionals. CMAS will design the brand image, all promotional material and a website and provide press office support.

CMAS campaign ‘Highly Commended’ May 2005

An advertising campaign created and developed by CMAS for client HML has won a Highly Commended award at the PPA B2B Advertising Excellence Awards in London. A special mention was given by the judges for the exceptional quality of the art direction.

Waiting Room Information Services appoints CMAS April 2005

Waiting Room Information Services (WIS) supplies and distributes a range of healthcare-related information for display in more than 6,000 doctors’ surgeries around the UK. CMAS has been appointed by WIS to handle their marketing and promotional requirements.

CMAS PR launches The Health Fund March 2005

A nationwide launch by CMAS PR of a highly innovative private healthcare offering from YourHealth Plus has resulted in a significant amount of positive press, radio and TV coverage, getting an integrated campaign - which will be ongoing - off to a flying start. CMAS handles all the marketing and PR activity for YourHealth Plus.

New website for Baseline Capital December 2004

Baseline Capital is a specialist supplier of data solutions to those UK mortgage lenders wanting to achieve Basel II IRB. Having developed the name and brand identity, CMAS has now been appointed to design and implement a new website for this highly specialised client.

Financial Services - a CMAS specialism September 2004

Mutual One, part of the Skipton Group, delivers outsourced business support services to building societies. CMAS has been appointed as Mutual One's agency, with a brief to rebrand the company and handle all their marketing requirements. This brings the number of financial services clients to 13.

Another win in the healthcare market August 2004

CMAS has been appointed by London Bridge Hospital to handle their rebranding and new corporate identity, in addition to designing and producing an exhibition stand and supporting material for events in the Middle East and a full suite of literature for the UK and international markets. London Bridge is one of the largest and most specialised private hospitals in the UK.
