"As a leading developer of residential and mixed-use sites in Greater London and the Home Counties, our advertising and promotional requirements for land acquisition provide a challenge in themselves.

We require weekly trade press advertising, 7 campaigns every year with 6 different ads in each campaign - all delivering the same message, about the same subject. These must be different, interesting and effective each time. This activity is supported by direct mail campaigns which must be memorable, eye-catching and consistent with the advertising.
